300 workout... Don't do it!!

Thought I'd save a little time today seeing as I'm hosting a party tonight, so decided to do the 300 workout on my terrace (with the sun beating down). For those of you who don't know what the 300 workout is let me explain... You do 6 excercises e.g push-ups, sit-ups, squats, squat thrusts, burpees, and curls.. 50 of each with as little rest as possible (that's right you do it as fast as you can)... Man it's a killer! not advisable unless you're already pretty fit. DO NOT attempt it having done no excercise previously or for a while.. Anyway that's out the way phewwww!!
